About

Hi, I'm Ashley.

I'm a yoga teacher and self-love guide.

I find joy in the interconnection between humans, the natural world, and the Great Mystery that weaves through all.

The practice of yoga and the profound teachings from the yogic tradition have supported me throughout the last 20 years of my life.

It is my sincere hope to share these ancient, relevant and revelatory teachings with my yoga students. I teach grounded and accessible practices that reflect the beauty and wisdom of the natural world.

My offerings also weave in a variety of mindfulness techniques. In particular, I draw inspiration from the Zen Buddhist tradition, influenced by my time living and studying at the Tassajara Mountain Zen Center in Big Sur, California.

I also have found great value from my training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, a program which utilizes evidence-based techniques of traditional mindfulness practices to reduce stress, anxiety, depression & pain.

I live and teach in the mountain town of Mariposa, California ~ and lead virtual events, accessed from anywhere in the world.

“Yoga teaches you to love yourself, starting with the body.”

Working together one-on-one

I guide clients towards greater authenticity.

I love witnessing the tender truths that my coaching clients share, and nurturing their precious light within using the insights, tools and strategies I have cultivated in my years of study.

I often work with people who desire support with:

  • perfectionism
  • people-pleasing
  • self-abandonment
  • navigating emotions
  • a sense of feeling lost or alone

Depending on your intentions, together we may explore:

  • accessing states of grounding & calm
  • healthy boundary setting
  • strategies for navigating uncertainty without compromising your values
  • expanding your circle of self-acceptance
  • your unique gifts and how you can offer them to the world

My clients are often highly sensitive or empathic. They are always ready to take action and make changes in their lives.

If you are curious to learn more, I encourage you to schedule a connection call together. I would love to hear from you.

“Intuition is not a single way of knowing—it’s our ability to hold space for uncertainty, and our willingness to trust the many ways we’ve developed knowledge and insight, including instinct, experience, faith, and reason.”
